prime location service was good rooms are good and clean bathroom was hygienic and clean too 100 percent recommended owner behaviour was friendly and helping.

the hotel staff demanded full payment at the reception upon check-in in spite of paying the full amount a day before. i showed them the booking reference and pre-payment information but they kept insisting for payment again stating that they are having some technical difficulties at receiving pre-payment. i disagreed to pay again and i was ready to leave the hotel. but they then threatened me for full payment again. a rude lady staff told me that she will not let me leave till i make the payment. it was a horrible experience. they are not hoteliers,they are simply scammers

very calm and nice to refresh mind & soul. decent & polite staff , the food was excellent and delicious. the size of room is big and clean and bathroom is neat Clean , the best part of this hotel it is in m.g Marg and they provide surprise free breakfast for guest
overall good experience with the hotel and there travel arrangements

hotel Himalya gangtok condition is pathetic.hole room smells you can't stay safely in this hotel. manager behaviour like a robber. Hotel manager not provide breakfast even I booked hotel with breakfast. There is very bad experience with this hotel I suggest to new traveller don't book this hotel if you want to enjoy your Toure.
