Don't go to this hotel.. Too Bad service I booked super luxury room with mountain view but they gave me deluxe room non view..they show food service available but food service is not available this hotel....staff behaviour too too too bad...I kindly request plz any couple don't go to this HIMAVAT'S OLIVE BRANCH hotel..no one is visible at reception area

staff behaviours are not well basic facilities are not available, They misbehave when demand basic facilities. Our advice is to not book a room there.

the staff is very polite and helpful. i stayed in multiple places during this trip as we were covering many cities but this hotel def took the cup in hospitality. the staff was very helpful n i loved interacting with them. i'm def staying here if i ever visit gangtok again

First and farmost the behavior and gesture of the manager Mr.Neel was splendid.The way he greeted & look after about our little needs was really appreciated. Location is ok, rooms needs to provide bed warmer or room heater atleast for the winter season.Food was very tasty.

Room service is not good at all. If hotels are not available bachelor's can visit. Married couples are not recommended at all. Resturant facility is very much limited.

The hotel staff is very courteous and quick with the service . The rooms and washrooms are spacious . However, since the hotel is on the road , the rooms facing road have lot of noise because of the cara moving around .

Hotel was good. Nice view of Kanchenjunga from our balcony. Food was good. Manager and service boy were very polite and helpful.
