It is a worst experience in my life while staying in Horn Bill Hotel Guwahati. Room condition, Bathroom, staff behavior everything is very low quality. shocking to see just like drain water (pure black water) supplied in bathroom and wash basin. I have changed three room in the hotel but everywhere is same problem. Unhygienic, I personally believe that this hotel is fit for 1 star not 3 star hotel.

Third class hotel I stayed in my life,no drinking water, no towel,dirty room,dirty bedsheet and pillow,Ac not working,no intercom,no internet.And lastly no room service.

the stay at hornbill was horrible.
the staff was very pokey, had no regard for privacy and extremely under trained .
rooms were unclean
the water was dirty due to water clogging.
the bed was semi broken.

worst service when I was not in my room workers enter the room to check and clean without my permission what service even gresser are not working water was so dirty recommended not to visit here ever even when I ordered breakfast the plate was to dirty so I will never recommend in to visit here

Most Pathetic and Worst hotel of my life
Zero amenities - No geysers, Working TV, No water, No working flush, basins dirtiest, Bed and pillows with Black fungus on it every where
Zero room service - No intercom or even the bell, no contact with reception. If you need something, you need to go downstairs at reception personally
Idiot hotel manager - Rude, irresponsible, unprofessional and most idiot person was hotel manager

MOST PATHETIC, DIRTY UNPROFESSIONAL HOTEL I have ever seen in last 20 years of my travelling experience across the country
Zero amenities
Zero room service
Dirtiest rooms, washrooms, wash basins, toilet seats....
Towels stinking like anything, you cant imagine to use
Manager was most irresponsible careless and rude person who wasn't bothered of anything
Theres nothing to like in this hotel... I would prefer to give -5 rating if option is available

WORST EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE WAS AT HOTEL HORNBILL - GUWAHATIFor my official work i booked this hotel but when i reached there it was the pathetic hotel.... If you want to feel sick by paying your own money then you can go and stay there.DAY 1 - DELUX AC ROOM - Beds and pillows are with fungus.... wardrobe is there but door is brokenTV was there without Set top box Washrooms are most dirtiest....
