The bed is small, the bedding is very dirty, the bathroom is unhygienic and no geyser, and the boats are very very noisy you can't sleep properly.
spider webs are in many places.

place dont know how to talk to clients i recomend no one should go there because atlast money not worht it and on photos its different and in real its different and there is no kne for help dishes are not there caretaker says its our responsibility if they dont have staff Bczitsnkot at good its kotnsafe care taker is notnsafe woth family

Best experience in czara group of houseboat .nice hospitality nice service rooms are neat and clean.best experience wih manger aijaz ahmad .i suggest everyone to cme and enjoy in czara

Nice house boat to stay....
cooperative staff and very helpful...
food they had prepared was very tasty
staying in house boat is relatively costlyyas everytime you need to go to the bank , u need to book a shikara and that is chargeable...

.worst service...No electricity during emergency...worst food quality...They charged per person for a dinner.. Unaccessible location.....dont go there....you will loose your moneyno satisfaction....I will recommond not to go there...

Houseboat staff Mr Firdoj was very well mannered. Cleanliness was not up to the mark. Small flees were present in the room. Location was far away from main lake view side. No option for independent shikara ride n you have to reply on houseboat staff. They charged for one hour shikara ride with 4 points covered. Food option is available in the houseboat.You can visit there with your family but as the location is far away from main lake view side so you will not find much excitement there. So please select houseboat at main lake view side only with family πͺ π.
