We had a terrible experience in this room. Rainwater leaked inside, causing a bad smell, and the bed got completely wet. There was no hot water in the room — the owner only brings it to you if you ask. Please avoid booking this room, or you will regret it.

Room was good but locality is not so good.
service is very slow and poor.
no phone in delux room. no soap and handwash available in delux room.
room was neat and clean. property is near to Mahabaleshwar market.
