couldn't even reach because of rain & water flogging whole city , the hotel even called me at night to confirm and cancelled booking but still no refund made . I booked for two days , Bet the next the day they gave the room to someone else , at least one day refund they could have made. Also pathetic customer care

Hotel is in good location and rooms are clean. Reception is also good And they have an aquarium as well. shops are nearby for snacks and clothes and other shopping. Centre of Guwahati for cabs/autos

it was great. the hotel was very clean and so were the rooms. the rooms were very spacious. the hotel manager and the receptionists were very supportive and kind in their behaviour. for me, them having a dog named cookie was very special. had loads of fun.

The guy at the reception doesn't have basic manners. We were there for 2 nights and ordered almost 1000 rs worth of food and water from them. During check-out I asked him, Can we use the water cooler/filter just beside the reception to fill our half-empty bottle? my partner was almost there but he denied and told us to buy new.
