Worst hotel i have ever stayed, poor service and behaviour of staff is poorest. No cleanliness in hotel lobby ans in rooms. Bedding is also dirty as well as poorest mattress...

hotel location is 2km from mg marg. but nearer to njp. siliguri taxi stand. food price is taken more than printed rate. service is avg.

I suggest nobody should be the guest of hotel kaarlo due to lack of service, amenities.

The hotel is just 1 min walk from Siliguri taxi stand. But taxi is required to reach the market, MG marg or any higher areas of the city (though shared taxi is available for Rs.10, 20, 25).

Service is poor. Water went down in the middle of bath and they cudnt not provide water in the bathroom for hours

Hotel manager Mr. Shantanu was very polite and such a gentle person. Took really good care of us. Hotel room service boy was also very kind. Room was spacious, Clean and ambience was better. I felt rent was little costlier but I booked room in last minute so I don't regret that. Few kms away from MG Marg , so need pay ******** every time to reach market.
