they hotel owner charges extra amount. dont stay this hotel they blame u for broken light and another accessories and demand for pay the amount otherwise they don't check out

all accommodation is quite good!! but the thing is all about five star which i have given is all for you Mr sovik and mr Sonu ! as a well wisher i m giving you a suggestion that all impression of a hotel management is goes from receptionist !! pls maintain to appoint a well trained receptionist

The check in was smooth.The ambience and the surroundings are good.It is around 1 km from the mg Marg.The staff named sonu is very polite ,friendly and helpful.The good is also good.I would recommend to stay here.

the staff is really helpfull and polite but the only problem is they won't be able to arrange a taxi here rest is good and the rooms were also clean

Nice hotel, Great staff behaviour. Great location. Sucasa hills is the great hotel, pet friendly , clean rooms great food and people are so polite. It has a great view. You will definitely enjoy your stay. Must recommend.. mg Marg not so far & mainly you feel too much comfort here Rooms are clean with great view. SafetySafest place. Sikkim is safe not only hotel. Food & drinksIt is good. People are so polite, it is a pet friendly hotel.
