1 star only for the service guy which I don't know the name .he was helpful and serve me some good food and hot water . rest is absurd. Horrible stay infact can't even sleep properly. No room heaters available and it's freezing cold .Main part is in my whole stay there wasn't power . Can't even charge my laptop or mobile .I had work to do and all went in hell . Main part is it's far away from city . have to take taxi to reach somewhere to have a proper meal. can't bath as it's freezing cold and no power so no heaters .

for heater we have 1500 watts room heater, you could have asked for a heater for a minimual charge , we could have given ...more

Peaceful and convenient for a tourist to stay. Food was amazing and the hospitality was good. If I happen to visit Gangtok again I would love to stay here in this place and also would suggests my friends and family this hotel.

Staff are very helpful ,the owner stays at the property and he takes care of all stuffs , they even managed our north Sikkim plan at a competitive rate , I definitely would recommend any one visiting Gangtok to stay and try their hospitality.

Lovely hotel. Staff is so courteous and hospitable. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. Breakfast was delicious. Warm & cozy. The staff were very friendly and got us everything we needed, room were really big as shown in picture
