Only the boat and interior is excellent... Service and staff behavior are very bad no light no AC no proper water arrangements. We are very disappointed

Location is very good with big and clean rooms. All amenities were excellent. It was a bit high priced during peak season time to cater to tourist rush which was acceptable. But the attendant in the houseboat was sceptical a bit and need to reduce a star for the food quality.

Worst property ever i have stayed in due to following reasons1- Frequent power cuts 2- No complimentary drinking water at all not even one single bottle a day.3- No proper hot water facility, washroom and room is so unhygienic4- No cleaning staff or any kind of room services5- Very bad food and too expensive not worthy at all, they charge 500 per head and food quality and quantity is pathetic.6- Bed covers and pillow covers are unwashed and not cleanAnd the most importantSTAFF BEHAVIOR IS VERY V ...more

This is not 4* House Boat. In Breakfast they provide bread omlet and tea only. not provide dental kit. no Soap in washroom. Room heater not available
