it's horrible. the behaviour of the registration desk manager and the hotel boys are rude. they didn't even bother to put complimentary water bottles in the room and when asked about the same they claimed that they already put the bottles which was a big lie. power failure is also a frequent incident in this hotel and you won't get minimum light & hot water. they don't even have lift in the building.
the hotel should immediately be blacklisted and the manager should be held accountable for all the mismanagement.

overall it is the best place to stay because all the prime locations in Srinagar are 10 to 15 min away
and all the public transport is available in front of hotel
i highly recommend staying at this location

After a long search, I found Leena Hotel within my budget, and it was a very good hotel. The rooms are new, and the bathrooms are neat and clean. A small restaurant is good, with a roadside view.
The best part is the location—just a 7-8 minute walk from Dal Lake.
All staff members are very nice and polite.
So, if you want to stay on a budget, Leena Hotel is the best. Not luxurious, but the best in its budget range.

Hotel is fabulous and well maintained with nice food and prompt service manager Danish is very friendly nature....rooms and the entire hotel are well heated...... hotel is in the heart of Srinagar....so you easily get taxi services etc ...... but .....overall
