One of the worst Star rated hotel. Location of the Hotel is a congested place. There was a complete traffic Jam around the hotel. it took us two hours to complete a distance of 300 meters. One more thing, which makes it worst is that Management is not interested in compliance of rules and regulations. It is their standard practice to include service charges in the bill, whereas it is an optional charge. We ordered for Carbonated water (Soda), which contained an MRP of Rs 20 Only. The rooms are spacious and well maintained. The staff is very polite and helpful. Food quality is very good. it's 3kms away from MG road but you can get running taxi and it will cost you only Rs 30 per person Overall ambiance of the hotel is awesome. I will highly recommend anyone who is travelling to Gangtok to book this hotel
