Staff were non- cooperative. We have to request multiple times for a service. The room is not clean and is not worth the value. Even geaser they are controlling centrally and most of the time they are powering it off. There is no landline number there. We have to call our mobile only. Poor service.
The hotel is not clean at all. Basic amenities are not there. Services are very poor.

Overall it was a good stay at first I was a bit scared coz I was staying alone but the staff were friendly the only thing that bothered me was my sheets they were dirty I think they could make it cleaner next time.

Most 3rd class hotel ever i have seen.. Main owner of this hotel is soo bad in his behavior.. nothing want to listen anything.. and nothing is working.. Tv, gizer , switch board, light etc. and ofcourse everything is broken before entireing our 1st night... all the power is off at night.... sooo bad behavior staff... everything is sooo disgusting.... price is also so much higher than other place in this hotel... and food is also very bad... everything is soo mess.... all together.. it is very bad....

Room is full of mosquitos and i have actually never seen as such in any other hotels in gangtok. Stinky bedsheets, smelly room, no ventilation, rude receptionist overall had a worst experience. Room walls are wet and visible marks of fungi. They even asked money to xerox id cards for their record. Dont fall for low cost hotels as this one. it's worst less than that.

I had two double rooms.Room no 205 was smaller than room no 204.No view .Bath room was neat n clean but knob of hot water was not working.Despite got hot water.Cost of food was expensive then outside.Staff Asit Singh's behaviour was polite.Wi fi was working.No power and water problem.Once I faced zero water but within 5 minutes it resumed.I got taxi from hotel and it's location is only 5 minutes walking distance from Vajra Taxi stand( for north sikkim n Nathula).
But M.G.Marg is far from here.I ...more

it was nice experience at hotel. staff is also polite and location of hotel is superb... 200 m from vajra taxi stand.
hospitality of the staff is good. food is also great. we ordered north indian food and it was apt in taste

Cons:
Poor cleanliness
Garbage bags are kept in hotel corridor in front of guest rooms.
Cupboards had dirty pillows and was stinking.
TV did not work in the room.
Bathroom sinks were dirty.
Tours booked from hotel is expensive
Pros:
Near vajra taxi stand(200m)
Sheets were clean.
Food is ok.
Overall satisfaction is low.

Nice Hotel with good staff........staff behaviour is great.Just go for it....Its beeter to book from counter you will also get discount if you bargain.

lovely hotel, with neat and clean rooms, food is also very good. staffs are very cooperative.
Morning view of Kanchenjunga from the hotel is awsome.
