i use to book this hotel from last 2 years but this restaurant is bakwasss kya khana dete bakwassss hai kuch bhi banke dete hai they dont no even how to preper food .baki rooms n all is good but food is bakwasss

Room is good and location also very convenient but food is not at all good the options also very less and quality of food is very poor. so just book only room and there are nearby some restaurant are available so you can get the food outside at reasonable prices and quality also good.

dear team,
overall facility was good but on 12th early morning i left hotel but no trend staff was available at reception. one new staff has done checkout formalities and taken 40 minutes and future given wrong hotel bill. on same day evening i have reviewed to bill and call to hotel further received other correct bill on whatsapp but hotel stamp and signature is there. we have also requested to him for sending the same on my mail but still not received.
hotel stamping and signature is missing on bill
if possible can you please arrange

Hotel Service is Very Poor and Slow. staff are not professionally Trained. No buffet in breakfast. they will ask you to choose only 2-3 limited dishes in breakfast according to availability like poha, tea, sandwich and bread butter etc. food is also not hot at the time of serving. reception staff are also rude. housekeeping staff are also take very late action for cleaning process. hot water problem in the room. don't choose front facing room in this hotel otherwise you can't sleep peacefully ev ...more
