Room was clean, bathroom was good, geyser available, food was excellent, staffs were cooperative.. Near to MG Marg.. behind the pantaloons.. excellent view of mountain from rooftop restaurant.
cons: not on the Road side.. you have to use about 50 steps to enter the property. not recommended for aged people.. but if you have personal car then you can reach there using alternative route.. property is old.. but maintained..

Room was very dirty. Walls are damp and with fungus and molds. i asked the hotel admin to change the room but they didn't. Left the hotel next day. I have booked the hotel for 3 nights. Want refund for next 2 nights.

I booked this Hotel through Goibibo and expected anything due to my budget and lots of nagative review, when I checked in Hotel first I much satisfied their behavior and the room is so big, believe me in this price I never expected this type of room which I got and it was just about to MG Marg, with GST Rs.1233/- room No.205. dated 21st March 2025
please note, if some one want open view from out of the windows then not possible from 205 room No.

some issues with complementary lunch or dinner in package. no buffet service were provided & food quantity was too low . didn't get sufficient food for us. we were 10 adults & 3 children ( 6, 7,7 years ) , but for dinner or lunch, we didn't get the sufficient food as mentioned in package while booking. we are very much disappointed with this. but the kitchen staffs are so good & their behaviour was mesmerising.

It was a great experience to stay Magpie mall road residency. rooms are very nice decorated, well cleaned. all staffs are polite and well behaved. it was really unexpected by me that I'll get rooms like this. it was 5star hotel experience. Thank you Magpie mall road residency and go ibibo. Budget friendly hotel. Full satisfied to stay here 25th January to 28th January 2025.

Nice hotel and service. All the staff are very polite. Food was good n tasty.
All the staff are supportive and they came together to celebrate my kid birthday
Rooms are also very big and filled with all needed amenities
