We stayed there for 3 Nights. Staff was good and location of the hotel is also spectacular. We really enjoyed our stay at Mapplewood

One of the worst experiences ever No hot water available when required as greaser was kept off from outside room and need to give reminder to switch on. Tv was not working for both day completely. Heater was not placed untill unless requested for. No idea about pickup. Room cleaning was not done at all. Only one bath towel for two occupancy. Previous guest some packet was in cupboard Chilly chicken was salty. You guy's should return my money and I love to talk to someone senior from your team.C ...more

Worst stay of my life till day.. NOT RECOMMENDED AT ALL. NOT WORTH A SINGLE PENNY. STAINED BED QUILT SMELLY ROOMS NO GYESERS WORKING.

Had an awesome stay! Spectacular view from the room. Clean and well maintained rooms. Fine dine experience in the restaurant. Would surely come back again, and would highly recommend. The service provided is good.
