Location good. Room no 201 bed is shaking due to old frame or any other issues, that I have no idea. Food quality is good.

We booked a Superior room for 4 Nights total.
1. The staff is amazing and cooperative.
2. Amenities are good. The room is specious and quite big.
3. Breakfast is Amazing. (Complementary)
4. Lunch Dinner you can order as per your requirement. tastes good.
Overall Amazing experience.

Worst experience in this hotel.our stay is for 2 days.The tv is not working at all. We are complaining more than 5 times but the reception guys give us excuses we will check tomorrow ,today is Sunday etc etc . never suggest Maya inn for stay.

Overall the stay was nice, the staffs were helpful. The food however was not really worth, the chicken biryani especially was not good(it was sweet for some reason)

Our stay at Maya Inn was an amazing experience. The property is very good. Rooms are spacious and clean with all amenities. Mr. Ravi in the hotel staff is a very humble and helpful person. He was always ready to help us. I would highly recommend staying in Maya Inn for everyone visiting Gangtok.
