view was good, location was excellent even the staff behaviour and service was nice but i would really like to say a few cons here - chairs should have been in the room,the storage spaces should have a locks,the tv was not working and also charging plugs should be in good condition

not good too small room but was cleaned and walking distance from mg marg. not given slipper shampoo soap nothing. worst experience. will never visit again

Pros: Hotel location is walking distance from MG marg. Nice valley view from room. Decent food quality Cons: Staff behaviour is bad. There is no power backup. They charge 500 for room heater, which won't work if there is power cut. Without room heater, it's too cold in winter as the windows are not properly sealed from outside cold air. Nobody picks up phone in the reception area. You need to get to the reception for any help. Suggestion: Only book if you get the room at 1500 per night or less. It's not worth it more than that.

The stay was comfortable. The super deluxe room was spacious and view was amazing. Food was only nice and not too costly.It is just around the corner of MG Marg, so don't have to walk too far.

Very Nice room.. Just 2 to 3 minutes walking distance from M.G Marg.Good resturant and accomodation. Very good view also. Well behaved all staff. Food was quite good. Overall ratings 4.5 .

It is located in the main city area.Staffs members were good, but the service was not up to the mark. room was well-maintained but the bathroom fitting was broken , it was neat & clean. It was up to some extent value for money, and the food was good, but the price was bit high.Overall it was an average experience.

I will give average feedback, Location was very good nice Views from hotel mountain and stadium and room interior is also good. but I didn't like washroom, it was leakage in washroom from basin. hotel restaurant location is also good but when I had given an order they provided a wrong order, then I contacted restaurant they replaced my order in 10mins that was good.

Yesterday night we stayed in this hotel at the time of return from Lachung. Very nice stay with positive approach with satisfied peace of mind. Location and view from the room is excellent. Staff behaviour and food quality is appreciated. Manager also very helpful. Yes I am very much satisfied.
