As a Club Mahindra Member I stayed in the resort due to non availability of rooms there.
Service
Checkin : Good
Room service
Restaurant food : Good
Property : very Old and lot of Maintenance required. Two time i face hit water issue.
After checkout the security stop me for a gate pass . I feel unhappy due to this , I settled all bills and the person who in Front office not gave that properly.
For Star category hotels doing like this I am first seeing in that resort only.
May be it is by not professional way .

i got a was wonderful night at mountain club resort ..club house are really good and feel traditional atmosphere and surroundings also really awesome .i got better service from their staff

There is no king bed! Bathrooms are small. There is no view from the room.
The staff is friendly and helpful. Upon showing our disappointment about the view, they did shift us to a room with better view.
Average experience. Nothing thrilling.

pretty average stay.had a really disappointing anniversary time out in mountain club, to say the least.cottages were decent enough.bed was too small for a family of 3 including my 1yr old kid.bathroom was extremely small and congested.even though the resort was at a higher position, the view was poor( blocked by other cottages).swimming pool was good.in-house activities are scanty.kids play area seemed like Haunted fortress.room service performed like windows 96.food was the worst part.spend 2 nights there, was not even impressed by a single dish.had high hopes ,but was terribly disappointed

Hotel is built on different levels on steep slope. Not recommended for elderly people or people with limited mobility.
The 2 bedroom cottages are the best with fantastic views of the lake. The cottages are lovely with nice stone architecture and surrounded by various fruit bearing trees. The pool area also has beautiful views. The mountains behind the property appear to be covered in a mist at various times of the day.
