The hotel is very much congested. You can hear any noise from your side room. Drunk guests were roaming till 2 am late night. It's horrible experience. I recommend not to book this hotel. You will get cheaper and good hotel offline there.To reach this hotel don't take Rockville road take Mall road.

No security, windows do not have latches, door does not have lock, back door is a garbage, smell all over the room, so dirty bathroom, if one using basin then used water will flash to your leg directly, it is a slam of darjeeling, I've paid almost 1555 non refundable for 4 nights in so I don't have option, no working geyser, no heater, they charge for geyser only. You can't wash your shoes, socks and even handkerchief also! They will charge for it accordingly. No drinking water or water heater p ...more

Near mall road but car doesn't reach the property. you need to walk 10 minutes from bhanu bhaban. Food is good. Rooms and rest facilities are above average, but considering the price the hotel is value for money.

it is worst hotel by location and facilities. very far distance. no TV, lock not working. alawys ask to open the door to external person. dangerous entry, very far from tourist places. I have to paid Rs 500 to vehicle from darjeeling railway station and then approx 700 walking to reach hotel. the name is hotel but its not a hotel but it is a lodge. no one knows about this hotel. cab booked by hotel owner for tiger Hill View with extra charge but cab not reached at hotel, we have to waited 1 hr ...more
