Everything is good...but they are not providing a common room for drivers which is not acceptable ...in other hotels and resorts there should be common room for drivers to take rest and sleep. at this temperature how the drivers can sleep inside their vehicles and how they drive next day without proper sleep.atleast by humanity hotel management will take of this and follow in future..this is negative one to stay here

"munnar tea hill resort is an exceptional and affordable haven in munnar. we opted for the horizon cottages, which exceeded our expectations with their spaciousness, immaculateness, and stunning views. the resort's surroundings are breathtakingly beautiful, with nature's splendor on full display. the staff were also incredibly supportive. however, we did encounter one issue - the water had a yellowish hue, which raised concerns about potential contamination. nonetheless, this resort is an ideal destination for a relaxing getaway with family and friends."

The hotel is located around 10 kms before main Munnar. The location is beautiful, the hotel is also very beautiful with spacious family cottages with a view. They just need to improve on the variety in their breakfast. Overall a good property to stay with your family
