* We booked Deluxe room with mountain view. We were given room no 901 & 902. Rooms are very small, not like a deluxe rooms. No space of even opening a trolley in 901. * Toiletries were not provided. Though these are basic amenities. * Expected better rooms from a hotel chain like Muscatel. * Location is good, 7-8 mins walking from Mall & in a less crowded area near to Raj Bhaban gate no 1 * We booked Deluxe room with mountain view. We had an amazing stay , the location is awesome , 5 mins wqlking from mall and the mahakal temple , the stay was superb , we booked for standard room but weee provided deluxe room from hotel itself , staff were all very cooperative . Nice stay - food was also good . Highly recommended!

* Rooms are very small. We took 2 deluxe rooms with mountain view. Did not seem a deluxe room. No space of opening a luggage on floor, so less space. * Rooms were damped. * Curtains are so less wide that wont cover ur full window. * Toiletries were not provided even though mentioned in amenities. * Expected better rooms from Muscatel group

The room is pretty small. We have stayed at Super Deluxe room but both the room and washroom is very small. but the view from the room is good.
