Its was a good stay , the view from my room was melancholy it is not so much clear but it's oky , the room I got was really nice and comfortable , i stayed with my friend we both are pleasured to stay here in Muscatel Roma , the service they gave us was really good and overall the hotel was in good location near from mall road , hygiene and the staff behaviour was really good Elica,Aryan,Dipanker i feel like I was in my own hometown

Frequently power cut issue, Network issue inside hotel rooms. Windows views is very bad. windows views not actually that what shown .

At first we booked for 1 night but then we extended it to 2 more nights , property location is quite good as it just 5 minutes from the mall road & its located in a very quite place . I'd like to mention the services provided by Miss Elica ,she helped us a lot in every possible way . if you need affordability yet convenience you can easily choose this property in Darjeeling

lovely hotel to stay just near Mall road and keventers. Hotel staffs r very polite and well behaved. The receptionist Elica Rai she is so good she gave us early checkin despite of full packed hotel. I recommend this hotel for couples, groups

worst stay . they give worst room even if you arrive before . first they fill up the dirty rooms then they give other good room or keep empty. they put nice pictures and the room is different from pictures . and if u dnt like room they say to change hotel and pay oore . the receptionist is worst she don't even know how to talk with guest avoid and if u want to waste your money and ruin your experience go ahead
