It was the worst experience to be at this part of kashmir, When we entered kashmir we got so warmth, love through all the people we felt safe here, but on the second day of our trip when we had to check in at naaz, initially, it was so difficult to find this place, and the girl who spoke to us on call was damn rude, and made so unsafe, she was not at all interested to help, we asked her to send someone at a land mark University of Srinagar, she said no and was not at all polite to us, some how w ...more

The stay was very disappointing. We had two bookings and for the amount I paid, neither the room facilities nor the food met basic expectations. Despite the amount paid, the service is not all that worth it. As we entered the room, towels, and toiletries from previous visitors were still present. We had to ask multiple times for the room to be cleaned and toiletries to be provided. They fooled us with the route and still charged us for the Shikara ride. Total waste of money, A unhygienic place to stay, they call them self a luxury boat but this boat is just like a lodge and they don't have even basic facilities, most of the the electricity is not there so no hot water will come, no intercom will work no ac or heater will run so think about ur stay , I stayed 2 days there but not took shower, room having cobweb every where, every thing full of dust , glass and water bottles in the room is in poor condition not even clean well, no saving kit,no t ...more

When I saw it... I was a bit disappointed as I thought it would be moving(my bad as I was thinking about kerala houseboats ... but such huge houseboats cannot move) but once I checked in.. I loved the environment.. The aura was awesome... Had great chats with the owner and helpful too... The food is too good and I even tried my luck with fishing...overall a great experience..

Very Bad Location and Entry it seems u r entering from Slum..Service Was not good. They served Dirty Water for baby food. Rooms were ok as compared to other houseboats. But not Recommended Location.

A lot of things that we felt could have been better 1. Heating 2. Service 3. Food Quality The Owner of Naaz was Very Polite and nice, the Interior was Quite good and so are the Rooms But were full of Rats..! If things can be taken care of then this will be an Amazing Place to be. I am not sure what other Houseboats look like, but We failed to have a memorable exp. Thanks..!
