no photos cleanliness is 5/5 electricity issues were there sometimes everything was good food you have to order it takes some time but reaches you at doorstep. manager is good at his work it's our second time to visit this place because of its nearby areas like railway and bus stand at the same time no disturbance.. you can sleep sound..

Good rooms and bathrooms. Very near to all kodes of transport and food options. Only drawback if needntobbe mentioned is no view from the rooms.

it's average hotel and location is showing in google map is wrong. It's not on main road, haridwar. It's behind chita cinema which goes quite far away as it goes into the inner streets around 500 mtrs walking distance from main road

Rude staff. We kept towel on floor for cleaning our foot. Service boy kept ranting it is not supposed to be on floor.

Very Bad experience. As You can see the attached bedsheet image. So dirty. I have even requested him for change, he refused to change the bedsheet. (Abhi hamre pass clean bedsheet nhi hai, Jo hai yahi hai)

Poor location....No ventilation...No sunlight... congested space. congested washroom. Costly also. Room had stylish interior, cushion etc. but comfort was missing.

excellent location, walkable distance from haridwar railway station and haridwar bus stand. 2kms to har ki pauri/market. polite staff, neat and clean room. provided hot water whenever requested. purified drinking water also available 24/7. need to check about parking availability as it’s little inside the main road.couple and family friendly, enjoyed our stay.

our stay was really good i liked the rooms alot... staffs were also good everything was good... it was the best choice for anyone who want to go haridwar... i suggest if the prices will be lower then it will be the best no comparison

first of all they've mentioned that pets are allowed on the property but when we went there with our 5 month old labrador puppy, they made a fuss about it that they allow only small pets which they had not mention anywhere. then talking about the rooms... cleanliness was ok but room was not good. bathroom was too compact, no wardrobe was there, phone was not working, carpet was very dirty. also it is not on the main road it is inside some street, we had difficulty locating it. i booked this ho ...more
