The behaviour of the hotel staff is very bad. The hotel rooms are very small. The hotel manager says that if you book the hotel you will get small and useless rooms, if you come here and book the hotel then you will be given good rooms. Even after booking the room the hotel owner charged 300 rupees extra. The hotel rooms are so small that there is no space for a person to stand after the bed. Even the TV does not work in the room. The bedsheet is very dirty and the bathroom is also very dirty.room lock is not workings. Please never book Hotel Nature Bliss Haridwar.

Soap and shampoo were not provided by them. Provided later when asked. No towel was provided not even when we demand. Bed cover was dirty and full with dust and hair of the previous border. The dustbin was full of Huggies. The tv was not working. They tried to fix it but were not able to. Commode was unclear and very dirty.Geiser was not working and they don't fix it. No sanitizing was done when provided room to the border. very bad experience.
