stay was good. mr. deepak, the manager is a gentleman. other executives kiran and chandan were also very hospitable. food and dinning were also fulfilling. but gangtok hotels now needs fan during summer months as global warming has affected gangtok also. ventilation was an issue in absence of ac and exhaust (in bathroom). being an executive room, there is scope for improvement. but would like to stay again. hope that ceiling fan in room and exhaust in bathroom will be installed in future. oth ...more

At first I will thank all the hotel staff, specially f/o team Kiran, ratna , ankit, sova , hemanth & phurba. They are really very caring about their guests and the hotel ambience was also very good, the room was very beautiful and clean, and the food was also very tasty 😋 In one words, It's a great stay. Thank You Hotel New orchid and voyage Hospitality for this amazing Hospitality.

Hotel is good. Breakfast variety was excellent. But location is little far away from MG Marg, though one can managed to walk the distance. Room Heater was available in room, which gives comfort in cold winter.

Room was spacious and clean.Also had a nice view. You have to be careful and book the room with valley view. The dining hall was very small and had minimum options in the buffet which can be improved.It is close to MG marg and there is a way from inside the hotel but with a lot of stairs/steps.

We have not been able to get that much service according to the money in the hotel. breakfast was not that good. The rest of the hotel staff were very cooperative. good for family in gangtok.
