Very dirty and smelly room and when contacted to goibibo there is no response. So do not book this hotel from anywhere and also do not book any hotel from goibibo as well as after taking the money they do not provide any service.

Overall my experience in hotel was very nice . Food was incredible. Staff was really caring and supportive. Rooms were clean , spacious , with a nice view .They made our stay pleasant.

The staff are very good...the rooms are neat. The food is excellent as they are tasty and fresh. The staff are helpful and they are active in everything.nice ambience. Will recommend this property

Nice hotel with big and clean rooms. Location is very near to Mall road. The hotel staffs are very helpful and polite. Food is also very good. Highly recommend for couples and family.

We have stayed here for 3 nights and had a very delighted stay. The rooms were very tidy and spacious. Also the hotel staffs were very friendly and helpful. It's a nice location and was easy to find. I would give a 10 on 10 for the service and rooms. If you are looking for a comfortable stay this is highly recommended.

Simply amazing experience.. Every single detail is well taken care in this hotel: rooms are beautiful, staff is very friendly and polite, food choice is wide and tasty.Definitely will stay again

Before I give any rating, I wish to indicate a few points... Good points are.... Hotel is near by MG Marg (5 to 6 minutes walking distance) Behaviour of hotel staff and manager is very helpfull. View from hotel balcony is awsome. Food quality is good. It's may quite expensive (gst will be charged) but It's better than outside food. Bad points are.... Hotel has no personal parking. The hotel area is under non parking zone So, It may painfull during pick up and drop. Hotel balcony is not so ...more

The owner was really helpful and guided us through late night. But the room was average with less focus to cleanliness and all the way to the 3rd floor. The washroom was below average with poor lighting and water got stuck on the floor. A major plus point is location though.

the deluxe rooms were not up to mark. later we had to upgrade our rooms to super deluxe by paying extra 500 for each room per night.
