Location of the hotel is very good. But I face problem of water in the bathroom. Foods are ok and room service available.

Room & Bathroom both was clean, staff behavior also good. Location is very very good. Best for family or couples. Preferred room 12.

excellent view of Kanchenjunga..and the hotel is near to mg Marg..Hotel staff were polite and provided us extra mattress free of cost.

avg hotel, cleanliness is need to be focussed more, only the manager is friendly he tried his best to resolve problems single handed, staffs lazy did not even open the main entry at 7.30am, had to be called repeatedly during checkout

It was very osm hotel 🏨 food quality is really delicious 😊. Staff behaviour was too good. I'm very satisfied and safe in this hotel. We stayed in Dulux room.🤘

there was no air conditioner and the manager tried to denied my check-in also. such a rude and careless behaivour is unexpected and the room service was very poor and staff never provided even water or clean linens. the hotel manager gave reasons that the staff was absent and blah blah. there were stains on towels which they provided, when i asked to change it they told it washed, but clearly it was dirty. the chair also in my room was broken but still i managed. so guys dont book this hotel..
