The stay was very comfortable and clean, I didn't expected the dormitory will be such clean, organised & comfortable. Looking forward to stay again. The location was excellent. It is situated on top of Mall road. The property was heaven for photo lovers and foodies as it is situated in the upper floor of KFC and just opposite to Glenary's.

Rooms are good they are renovated at the same time clean. you should call directly for better rates. location is best in town easy to locate. elders must watch out for stairs to climb up but they do help out with luggage. over all quality is good similar to Ramada.

“location of the hotel is very nice, just beside mall road. staffs were very helpful. it is in very prime location thought the mountain view is not that satisfactory. and i expected a room heater and hair dryer in the room as this things are very much needed in cold places….for room heaters they are charging extra 500/day which i think is more. if car parking they can manage in future it will be good because tourists can’t bring their own car to this hotel as they don’t have any parking place”

i had an amazing experience during my stay at olive by tej hotels and resorts, darjeeling. the hotel is located just opposite to glenary's which is a prime location of darjeeling. the taxi club stand was also very near which was an added advantage . i had an amazing view of kanchenjunga from our room window itself. the staffs were very nice and helpful. the manager mr. biswas was extemely polite and kind. we enjoyed our stay very much . would recommend this hotel to everyone who wants to stay at a convinent and safe place.😊
