Staff was courteous. Food was decent. But the problem was availability of dishes. During half of the stay chicken and fish was not available so had to eat veg. The location can be challenging if one wants to walk to the main road or mg Marg as it is very steep but I enjoyed it as I like to walk. On first day we were given a not so good room as the one we booked was not vacant but next day they shifted us to the room we booked and it was really good with a balcony and view of the mountains.

Very bad experience. Hotel room was very unclean and hotel staff was really rude. Food serving was really late and quality was really bad. I ordered something and they gave something else. They were least bothered about customer satisfaction. I would 0 stars for everything. One of the worst hotel rooms i was been to.
