My experience at Orion Retreat was far from pleasant. The service was poor and the staff were nonchalant and unhelpful throughout. I asked for warm drinking water and was repeatedly given cold water instead. Requesting an extra towel turned into a whole argument—initially met with excuses, I had to push just to get something that should’ve been basic.The bathroom was below standard, with no proper tiling, making it feel unhygienic. the stay is well designed and maintained.
nice staff behaviour and most importantly nice food .
one can have a very nice time in the woods with the feeling of a village type hut .

Stay was good. but in room only bed, & 2 chairs available. no other amenities or facilities according to charges. Could do much better. Care takers are good, friendly & location of hut was good covered with forests n greenery!

Wonderful retreat in the midst of a forest. Those willing spend time in the wilds should try Orion. Food was good. So were the facilities.
