i wish i could give not even single star to that hotel, there's a lot of khatmal in the room, i was not able to sleep and midnight the concerned person said I don't have any option for you now. i would not recommend anyone to go at that place. it's ridiculous

D Grade food served during the stay. Cleanliness is very poor cockroaches are there in rooms. There was no discipline, a lot of disturbance was there in rooms. Not suitable for family Solo Male, group of friend's male and Males came for business purpose can stay

Room is ok but the facilities are so so bad. They don’t even have toiletries in the bathroom. I all for shower gel and the room service boy says we don’t have when I said then give me a soap they said we don’t provide soap. They are rude and giving rubbish replies. That’s pathetic.

the hotel experience was good. only check in process is very lendy. we reached approx 10 am but they refused to provide the room after after that we have requested for give a room for refreshment to consider we have old age members and 2 kids but they again denied but there 1 house keeper who convenience to him(receptionist guy)so many requests we got a room for refreshment.

food was not good, and staff was very inactive.....not at all satisfied with staff members, only one receptionist mam was polite and kind...with always smile on her face....and replied well
