horrible experience. whole night no power in the hotel. they don't give towel as well as water also rooms quality is very bad

We stayed for 2 nights in Room No. 319 at Pineridge.
While the hotel has an old colonial charm and the room was spacious with vintage furniture, the property definitely needs a lot of maintenance.
It was unexpectedly cold during the first week of May, and the room felt quite chilly.
There’s nothing spooky or haunted about the hotel, contrary to what some reviews suggest. However, a few things made the stay uncomfortable:

it was 6 degrees or lower outside when we arrived late at night. they refused to light the room’s fireplace and completely denied providing a room heater. we had to sleep in a dirty, poorly maintained room without any source of heating. we had booked two rooms, but they provided only one towel. in the morning, when we asked for tea or coffee, they refused that as well! never booking this place again! if we could rate it any lower than 1 i’d love to go below 1

The hotel is in a great location ( Within Darjeeling Mall) . Saff behaviour is good. The furniture was old and not maintained. The hot water kettle was not provided by the hotel.

1) In bathroom the drain was blocked.
2) The service was very poor.
3) Dirty rooms.
Will not recomend anyone.
