mahabaleshwar is Hill station. climate is cool. after requesting this hotel doesn't provide hot water bucket. nor they have 24 hour hot water. we were ready to pay also but they list bothered. there deluxe room & bathroom is very small. next day we changed the hotel.
food quality Amazing. Manager & staff polite.

Pros -
1. Good & Clean Rooms.
2. Good room service.
3. Good location, near to main market & ST stand.
Cons -
1. No complementary drinking water
2. No noise cancellation, you will not be able to sleep peacefully due to outside voice.
3. Smelly Bathrooms since no proper ventilation.

The hotel is right in the market. The entire staff is helpful. Only the hot water is not there in the evening, it should be because some people need hot water to take a bath after a walk. The room is also clean and beautiful.

Rooms are small but location wise it's good as it is located in market. They provided us car parking.
