Good hotel overall. Very pleasant staff. Nice cozy rooms. Our executive king suite was quite spacious. Casino at the groundfloor.

We recently stayed at the Ramada by Wyndham in Gangtok, and it was a truly welcoming experience. Our stay was memorable and exceeded our expectations. rooms are soo small and you can hardly move around in the room. they charge soo much per room and there is no value for money. the food is of really bad taste.

Ramada being a star hotel doesn't live up to its name. Even suites with a valley view aren't very spacious. The bathroom and shower area being very small in size makes it inconvenient. It gets very noisy around the evening and goes on till mid night, could sleep peacefully only after mid night. The breakfast spread wasn't very tasty. My daughter fell sick and the hotel couldn't arrange a vehicle to take to a nearby clinic..Overall the stay wasn't very pleasant!

The room had central heating which made the stay quite comfortable. The restaurant has a beautiful view. staff was courteous. the amenities present in room was good. location was also good
