Though room was well built, but amenities or I should say intent to serve customer was missing. Things I faced like no toiletries, TV not working, socket not working and one is broken, floor was not cleaned as I found my feet got dirty, wifi was continuously breaking and not enough lighting of the room. Overall experience was 😞 bad.

Spacious rooms with all necessary amenities. A family run hotel, so it feels very comfortable.
You would need a cab to visit mg road, which is available in plenty.
Service needs to be a bit more prompt.

It was a nice stay. The room was clean and the view of hill was so soothing. Their behaviour is so decent and the people of Sikkim is full of love.
