The stay at the hotel was really very good.The location of the hotel was the best part as it was easily accessible to all the main location like the Dal lake also.The staff and services were good at the hotel but the cleanliness was not proper at the hotel.

worst hotel to stay... initially they gave me room with only one blanket when the temperature is below zero and when I ask help they straight denied...later on making complaint .. then they gave me different room with only towel and no soap and that towel is also moist.. luckily I carry my own toiletries.
next day I asked for fresh towel they straight denied that no fresh towel in hotel as didn't received back from laundry..means no spare.
I won't and never recommend this hotel.

I stayed in room # 103.
what I was satisfied with :
1.Room had TV & table fan.
2.Room was good for the cost I paid & the window gives a direct view of the road
3. 8 mins walk from TRC(tourist reception center)
4.15-20 mins walk from Dal lake
5. How i reached room - travelled from airport to TRC in a shared cab for 100 rs per head & auto guy(took us for a long ride to make us believe its a long route while it was just a 10 mins walk) charged 60 rupees to come from TRC to hotel rocks.
what made me upset :
1.washroom facility was not good...flush didn't work & it was not clean

The Hotel Management cheated me. I booked Room with different category & they provided me a just a useless room, saying that they have only single room left. I had to stay since i had no any other option. It was my first & surely the last stay with the Hotel. ****** should not have such Hotels as their business associates.
