the door of the got locked and couldn't be open with my children inside the room called duty manager at least 50 times and it took 1 hours 10 mins for him to reach to my floor from ground floor, then may be someone from senior management came and broke the lock. they didn't have even key of the locks, ordered tea and sugar around 5 in the evening. till 7:30 pm, none came up even after 3 reminders.

this hotel is not at all worth its price.
the check in time is 12 and we called the property that we will check in around 12:30 pm but to our surprise we were told that there are no rooms available right now...so you better check in the evening. moreover the attitude of the staff was highly unprofessional.
further after putting some pressure we were given twin beds and they provided TV in the room but the tata sky was not subscribed.

We were travelling to Rishikesh for camping last weekend but we all friends were coming from different cities so decided to stay there to move ahead together, stay was overall good and cleanliness and staff behaviour was good, but still not recommending it to families with kids and love birds, business travellers and solo person must try

It's situated far from railway station & bus stand but still it's location was convenient for me as my work place was nearby. The room I stayed in was nice & even their services were good as well, they even provide WiFi facility as well. They even provide a decent parking space as well. though I stayed there for very short period of time still I would say my stay was very comfortable.

it to far from haridwar station and airport . no day to day public transport. autos are charging 300 RS for one side drop to station. break fast dinner not as per 4 star rating
