hotel stay experience was good. nice and friendly staff. we were given welcome drink (kahwa) on arrival. the in hotel food was good too but a bit overpriced. would have given 5 stars if they would have resolved the bed warmer issue even after letting them know multiple times. but overall a good hotel and would recommend to anyone visiting with their family.

the hotel guys can do better then this? I called many times to get a medical help at midnight, no body attended the call, and by person no one was at reception, there was no wifi connectivity also during my stay....

it's a budget hotel in the narrow lanes. there is ample parking space in compound though. The property is decent with so many rooms, but the rooms are little small.Washroom is below average and no toiletries provided. The breakfast is average though with limited choice.Wifi signals didn't come till my room and even after complaint, the staff couldn't do much.Just ok for a night stay. Having said that, there were family groups checking in and out. There are so many eateries nearby and specially if you are a non vegetarian, you can munch outside.

it's one of the worst experience I've ever had in my entire trip and in any trip of mine. the buffet isn't good. They do not listen, and doesn't even have good housekeeping. felt very unsafe

The overall hygiene, maintenance and service of the hotel is seriously compromised. The included breakfast at 9 am was cold and nearly finished everyday (Despite availability time till 9.30). The bedsheet and pillow covers were used and filthy. Drawers and cupboards had dust and insects. The hotel stinked as paint & polishing work was going on. Hotel is good when compared to other in same vicinity. near to Khyber hospitel, wholesale market is just 5 mins walking, good for non vegetarian as lots of option for them just 2mins walk from hotel. ok experience. there was no hot water available in evening, hotel people didn't arranged at all.. No proper hygiene maintained in rooms. No tissue papers, No coffee machine... No complimentary water bottles..

Good Hospitality but with poor rooms specially their bathrooms are not up to the mark. Location is in city but outside the hotel, there are multiple Non Veg shops. Nevertheless it is recommended for budget travellers as you will get it in 1500 per room incl. breakfast
