One word.. Disappointed. Rating 2/5 is also due to location and ambience only.
Travelled with family for Haridwar visit. Had a night stay, but unforgettable. There are few positives too but their services overshadowed the good part.
Positives
1. Location: right on highway, 10 kms from main entrance of HARIDWAR, typically 15-25 mins of drive. Though parking inside hotel compound is limited, over 11 cars can be parked outside. I parked outside. Security guard remains there. Even adjacent hotel ...more

Staying here was a great experience. They allowed late checkout on request and services were available at a jify. Very close to the business area of Haridwar with best connectivity. I recommend the stay here.

It's an amazing experience as always, Hotel Royal Vrindaban is located at such a convenient location that everything is in easy proximity. The rooms are clean, staff is courteous, and the food is good.
A few points to improve, the CNG station near the hotel sometimes makes you wait to enter because of their long que, power backup at the hotel needs to be effective.

it was a nice stay. We booked 3 rooms for 6 people. The staff is helpful and cooperative. The hotel is situated 10 KM before the Haridwar.
