we had booked a Luxury Room with double occupancy it had windows & no balcony. it's peaceful & nearby market property. The food is good, it's a pure Veg Hotel. A nice play area for kids, a swimming pool is there but is not maintained. Clean, big rooms, higher in price range but if u r looking for calm, nature friendly & nearby market this option is highly recommended to check. Mahabaleshwar site seeing is nearby to cover. Pratapgarh fort is 20 km away. Ideal central location in Mahabaleshwar.

It was a great experience. Except for the fact that the hotel location was a bit far, everything else was great. The hotel price, food, and hospitality were all great.

Room was okay but the toilet was not good..old
no toilet paper provided
no shaving cream/ razor/dental kit
Room service was poor, probably because the hotel was full

rooms are good but resturant is average.the breakfast spread is very limited with south indian items daily which can be turn off fir many .rest hotel is good with games and pool .

The hotel is appx 600 metres away from Mahabaleshwar main market and Bus stand. Property is well maintained and staff behaviour is very Good. Food is good and also the room quality. Only issue was with the Wi-fi in cottage where connectivity issue was there.

It has been my second stay at this hotel and it has lived up to my expectations. Be it the hospitality of the staff, delicious food and breakfast, the location, comfy and spacious rooms. Also this time around we got a special surprise gift on Christmas Eve. Thank you.

Overall rating given by me is 3. Let's go by Pros and Cons
Pros:
1) Good location, away from crowd and noise.
2) Food quality is excellent.
3) Staff behavior is excellent.
Cons:
There 2 major things are missing here.
1) No carpet on floor, in the cold whether it's very difficult to keep foot on cold floor, need carpet during cold whether.
2) No hot water supply all time. It's mandatory to have hot water all time during cold and rainy whether. Very difficult to survive without this in cold weather.
