The hotel is located near MG Marg, Local taxi stand also opposite of this hotel, Food is also very good in taste. The rooms are clean and the view from the Balcony is nice. Located at the prime location of the city, Main road is adjacent and the local taxi stand is opposite of this hotel,Peaceful place to stay. staff behaviour is nice and cooperative.

Hotel Location, View from hotel, Food everything was nice, Stuff behaviour was very nice and helpful.
Wish to visit again during my corporate trip as they helped me in every aspect and try to provide me the best comfort.

A very bad experience with them,they don't know what is room service..we stayed in the hotel for 4 days,they didn't clean the room even they didn't change the bedsheet...we ordered food at 8pm for dinner and we got food at 11pm,the food quality was very poor ..everyday we had to wait too long to get food .and the last day there was a massive power cut in the hotel and they didn't take initiative for this

Samrat Residency is not upto level. I uploaded super delux room photos which were too small. Service is not good. All staffs are lazy.
