the overall stay experience is good. the location is ideal. drop n pick right from the doorstep. one thing they don't serve lunch and dinner only complimentary breakfast.

The rooms are good, however they do not give toiletries except two small medimix soaps. No sampoo, no hand wash, no toothbrush. Another property in front of this hotel block the view of kanchunjanga.

It was not worth. staying in such kind of rooms was not worth it.Low room light, dirty water stagnation at the bathroom. Unbothered by the staff. Asked for wiper so that we can have n clean whenever we want. They did not even provided.Firstly they also did not provided any mug, bucket, tissue paper. Later on asked they provided dirty mug n bucket. Very bad service

Hotel is very good location..we booked attic room which they provided..best view.. room is spacious...well maintained..this is our 3rd time to stay with shangri-la....room 504 is the best...
