rooms below the ground floor have no network coverage and despite asking for wifi facilities, there was an issue with the password. moreover the staff pulled down the shutter and were eating inside the restaurant. drinking water was old and smelly, towels were inadequate, no electric kettle was provided and the receptionist took a lot of time to clear check out despite online booking and payment. have stayed before at this hotel, it's going down... degenerating

very poor experience...
as per the room booking image from Goibibo, hotel Manager given another room without view.

they don't recharge tv. you have to pay on your own. No electricity from 4-6 pm daily. worst stay
