Reception and Manager were excellent, but room was full of bed bugs. When we told them 1st night they said they will do some pest control and next night they said they can't do anything

I am giving 4 star because the wifi was not working but hotel is good and the room was big and good and their where 2 two double beds and a water heater is very good.

Hotel was okay for the price. AC and Geyser was provided. Staff was helpful. Overall good experience. Very near from railway station.

I gave two stars because after staying for two days, the manager of the hotel wanted us to shift to another room so they could do repairing work inside our room. I have booked over 25 hotels but I have not seen anything like this. So think twice before booking this hotel. Also the room was too small but it was close to Haridwar Railway station.
