Reception person behaviour was very rude.The room was not good. Service was very poor. I do not prefer anybody this Hotel.

The place is good and close to Lal Chowk. The manager and staff is very good. however preffer room at 2nd floor for best experience. value for money and family and couple friendly. it's good to stay here. Couple friendly and very famous hotel in budget.

Neat and clean family hotel. Near Lal chowk. Room size is big. no lift facility. government parking facility is near by. Clothes and dry fruits market is nearby. vegetarian restaurant nearby. easily approachable. safe and sound.

Good room size, family hotel with restaurant. Next to Lal chowk. Very close to market of garments and dry fruits at reasonable price. Neat and clean hotel. Lift is not available. Parking facility is bit away. Food is good and service is also great.

1. Rooms & Location are Good at main location 2. Rooms was neat & Clean 3. Food not taken due to Restaurant Manager behavior. They don't know how to talk with there guest, he is very rude. we order the food for in room dining. after order he say's BEDSHEET GANDA HO JAYEGA. and dined to send the food at 11 Pm. In out entire trip only this person we meet who's behavior is very bad. If anybody want to stay, kindly ignore the food from this restaurant and take food in another restaurant in just front of the hotel.

required air conditioner as room temperature was too high . wi fi was not working, I have not received invoice of during my stay., soap, shampoo not provided. rest I was comfortable during my stay from 21 to 24 June

Good Hotel with helpful staff. The only concerning thing is it is pretty inside the area, so I have to walk to get to the hotel.

Owner is good in nature and staff is also good its near to lal Chok main market i am stay four days and all days is remarkable nice stay
