Staff behavior, amenities and services were good. Locating the hotel is difficult. There was no dining facility, but in room dining facility. Coffee was given as complimentary services.

despite booking hotel and payment being successful I was denied room at hotel. my room was sold to someone else on higher price. worst experience with goibibo. don't use this app otherwise you will be cheated like me.
