other than location, nothing is worth the money they are charging....
rooms are old and walls dirty..most of the amenities not present....no tv, no ac remote....shouting sounds in corridors throughout the night...no packaged drinking water...
pathetic restaurant and in room service...
even exhaust was not working and they did nothing in my 3 days stay
don't get fooled by the pictures....

I along with my mom stayed at the hotel for 3 nights.
The room was decent, spacious, and reasonably priced considering the location.
Room service was good and responsive. However, there were a few areas that need improvement.
• Light cut-offs happened a little too frequently during our stay.
• Key cards were not provided, which was inconvenient.
• Toiletries were not properly given; we had to ask for basic items.

Service is not upto the mark, got irritated with it. Geyser not working properly, kitchen services not available, room service really poor, severe power cut problem, basic amenities of the hotel not working like TV, geyser, no towel, no bathroom accessories 😞

There are some pros and some cons which made the experience with mixed feelings.
Pros:
1) Very spacious room (Mine was the suite room)
2) Proximity of the hotel from MG Marg is 5 minutes walking distance making it very convenient.
3) View of Kanchenjunga from the balcony of the room made the stay even fabulous.
4) Bed was clean, electric kettle was clean and functioning, adequate tea kits were being provided, towels were clean.

It was an horrible experience. Hotel service was pathetic. We booked King room for 2 days ... balcony floor was dirty, no cable connection was there in TV.. TV was just for show and hot water service also very bad. I will not recommend this hotel to anyone. Waste of Money

one of the worst hotel in gangtok.
no water for more than 15hrs.
property sales manger is the worst person to talk if you have issues. he will blame you for your issues and he will not listen to your problems you faced in his property. he tells people to shift at different property after 11pm after complaining multiple times for water. front lobby people lying on face.
definitely not gonna recommend this hotel for a stay if you are married or un married couple or family with kids because this property sales manager will ask you to checkout at middle of the night at a hill station.

Fabulous stay. Just had some problems with the water supply but that's not their fault since there were some pipe repair work going on. Other than that, fabulous stay. Loved it.

I didn’t recommend, they are very unprofessional , very poor quality, room service very poor, I’m literally disappointed, broken balcony glass, intact rooms are not cleaned, hot water service very very bad, one day morning, there was no water to take a bath /morning activitys, we had to go out without taking a bath..
