Service is very good. The behaviour of staff is very amicable. Staff is very friendly. Food is tasty and breakfast is healthy. I will strongly recommend to choose this Hotel only to my friend, relatives etc. Thanks to Summit Namnang for providing your tremendous services.

On 11 june . They gave me wrong room in old building where there was no lift and elevator. Room was very old and dirty with cockroach and flies . Children and we suffered a lot and in next day they gave us room which was booked by us in new building.

experience in summit namnang..
1. rooms were big enough.
2. cleanliness part was average. toiletries was not enough.
3. food variety should have been more. food taste wise also average.
4. room heater part should have cross checked before assigning the room to the guest.
5. road infront of summit .. is pathetic! owner should be concerned about that.

Mg Marg is 15 min. away by car and walk.
Stay quality was poor- the toilet was stinking, bed spread had stains..repeated requests will be required to get basic accessories.
Morning buffet breakfast -food was average and cutlery availability gave us a tough time.. Staff were not proactive nor trained to be hospitable.

We stayed at Summit Namnag hotel for 3 nights.This hotel and its staff are very good.Their service is also very good.We felt like home here.We stayed with our one year old child.Our child was also taken very good care of and our child also got along well with the staff here.Whenever we come here again, we will stay in this hotel.We liked this hotel and its staff so much.We advise everyone to take this hotel. ❤️❤️❤️❤️
